In India U15 vs Cameroon, the Blue Colts went ahead in the second minute through an own goal by Fareil Ngobo, were pulled level by Ndam Moctar on 20, and won it on 26 when R Lalremruatfela finished a low cross from Deepak Singh Arambam. According to the AIFF, on 14 minutes Lalremruatfela looked set to add a second after Cameroon goalkeeper Sunny-Hansel Ndeh failed to gather the ball, but a last-ditch block kept it out.
Cameroon then pushed back. The AIFF report has Jenit making saves between the 16th and 18th minutes against a free-kick, Randy Ngome and Ndam Moctar, and Deepak sending a shot into the side netting on 19. On 20 minutes, at the stroke of half-time, Cameroon levelled. FIFA’s match centre credits the goal to Ndam Moctar, while the AIFF report describes a deflected cross from Moctar that went in off India’s Muhammad Sohil Khan. Either way it was 1-1 at the break, and Ronandev Aheibam came on at the interval.
