Trainer P.S. Chouhan’s ward Ultimo, jockeyed by Dashrath Singh, emerged victorious in the feature event of Saturday's races, the Grade 3 Yohan Z. Poonawalla Turf Club Trophy (1,400m). Owned by M/s. Rajesh Monga & Manav Monga, Ultimo edged out runner-up Encino by a nose in 1m 24.52s, with Kavya and Social Butterfly finishing third and fourth respectively.
In other key action on the card, Break Point (Vivek G) captured the Rajaram Chhatrapati Trophy (1,800m) for trainer P.S. Chouhan. The Western India Trainers’ Association Trophy saw Esteban (Avinash Paswan) win Division II (1,200m) for trainer Narendra Lagad, while Santana Row (Ramswarup) secured Division I (1,200m) under trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha.
Trainer Nazzak B. Chenoy's Shambala (A. Omkar) took top honors in the Western India Race Horse Owners’ Association Trophy (1,200m), beating favorite Credence. Vortex (Ramswarup) prevailed in the Jockeys Association of India Trophy (1,600m) for trainer Shazaan Shah, while Age Of Reason (Neeraj Rawal) won the Indian Association of Equine Practitioners Trophy (1,600m). In the day's final event, Adonis (S.J. Sunil), trained by Vijay Kasbekar, sprinted to victory in the Strategic Move Plate (1,000m).
